In hindsight, I wish I could have had a person like me back in the day, a knowledgeable resource, to tell me what to do and how to do it. My expedition into both fitness and health began in high school. I found my passion while participating in various sports and hand-to-hand combat.

In hindsight, I wish I could have had a person like me back in the day, a knowledgeable resource, to tell me what to do and how to do it. My expedition into both fitness and health began in high school. I found my passion while participating in various sports and hand-to-hand combat.

When I first began this journey, I took every magazine article and online blog I could find related to exercise, performance, nutrition, and supplements. Like most people, I attempted by means of trial and error to become my best self. My biggest interest wasn’t the end result, but improving the process and the preparation for it.

Today, my focus has evolved from preparing for sports performance, to helping individuals make lasting improvements in their lives. I am a catalyst for change; I want to be that catalyst in your life outside the four walls of a gym. Helping one to build confidence, strength, or overcome personal challenges- each person’s reason is as diverse as the person them self.

For most, this concept of improving health and fitness is not a new idea, or some new fad. This is a desire and a dream that has not succeeded through multiple attempted trials and errors. You want to improve yourself, both inside and out. I am the driver to get you there. I want to be the spark that ignites your life through motivation, inspiration, and accountability to yourself.
