Training for Peak Fitness
Athlete Performance sessions are designed for active individuals looking for a challenging training program. The program is designed to actively challenge your effort and coordination with 60 minute movement-based workout. No two sessions are alike, and all are fun, fast-paced, and educational, which is unique compared to a traditional gym-based workout. The result is an increased fitness, improved metabolism, enhanced body composition, and a perfected exercise technique. You’ll focus on Olympic lifting, plyometrics, sprints, body-weight movements, tire flips and battle ropes.
