Team Training, For Your Support & Motivation
Team Training is our group training program that will have you burning maximum fat in minimum time using short, high-intensity strength and conditioning sessions each week. ITP Team Training workouts are very unique, and designed to be challenging, effective, and fun. You'll achieve visible results with high doses of camaraderie and support from other ITP Team members and instructors.
The Team Training program incorporates compound functional movements done in circuit-training format for maximum fat-loss and muscle-toning long after you leave the gym. We'll execute the most effective exercises — without wasting time jogging, doing aerobic exercises, agility drills, or other less efficient movements like so many other boot camp programs. This is how we are able to deliver more rapid and lasting results in significantly fewer weekly workouts.
Our team training schedule alternates between strength and metabolic days throughout the week, allowing you to train back-to-back days.

Strength CampMonday & Wednesday
6 AM & 6 PM Strength Camp focuses on big, total-body movements. Think squats, pushes, pulls, and core — working lots of muscles, and burning lots of calories. The workouts focus more on muscular strength and less on the cardiovascular system. We challenge you to lift heavy with perfect form. We never sacrifice form for more weight.

Elevate
Tuesday & Thursday
6 AM & 6 PM Elevate focuses on getting your heart rate up, followed by a period of recovery. This called interval training or high-intensity interval training (HIIT). We typically utilize different implements on these days, things like ropes, medicine balls, and body-weight exercises.
