​Personal Training, Designed For You

When you join our Personal Training program, you'll be guided through 60-minute workouts. The sessions will be custom-built to deliver an exceptional training experience, designed to help you achieve your fitness and performance goals.

During our initial consultation, I'll gain an understanding of what your particular set of goals are. Some common fitness goals  include:
  • losing fat,
  • developing muscle tone,
  • ​building strength,
  • gaining or losing weight,
  • cultivating better nutrition habits,
  • increasing endurance & stamina,
  • improving posture & coordination,
  • preparing for a marathon or triathlon,
  • training for an adventure race (e.g. Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, etc.),
  • and more!

Once we have defined your objectives, we can build a plan that fits your goals and schedule.
